Dr. Jeffeory H. White began his Dalton, Georgia medical practice in 1987. Dr. White embarked in clinical research in 2004 and formed North Georgia Clinical Research Center in 2005. Currently, research patient visits are conducted in the eight room Research Wing. After hours allows the utilization of this area as an Urgent Care facility of White's Pediatrics of Dalton. White’s Pediatrics has three facilities. The main facility, which houses the research center, White’s Pediatrics of Chatsworth, and White’s Pediatrics of Calhoun. The Electronic Medical Record system of MedInformatics stores a 36,000 plus patient database for quick access to indication and medication queries. We have a total of three patient lobbies and 43 patient rooms to provide patient’s with information. Dr. Jeffeory White, Dr. Ronald Tull, Dr. Cole Ezeoke received Investigator Training in 2004 and continues to complete continuing education in clinical research and the protection of human research participants. Rhonda Lively began working with In 2008, the Clinical Research Center moved into a larger division of White’s Pediatrics to accommodate our continued growth in order to maintain adequate storage of study inventory, equipment, and records. In April 2009, Annette Barrett, RN, BSN, joined our research center as Clinical Site Manager. She currently is attending the University of Alabama and plans to graduate with a MSN in December 2010 and take the Georgia Nurse Practitioner exam. She is currently serving as a CRC and will be training toward a Sub-Investigator role. She bring a 20 year career experience in acute, critical, wound care nursing, clinical research coordination and management to our center. |
